WHAT WE DO

We teach Raja Yoga Meditation, a practical method of meditation which facilitates self-empowerment and self-transformation based on an empowered awareness and the realization of the power and positive potential of one’s mind. Through the course, you will discover your true spiritual nature as a peaceful, virtuous, positive, and powerful being.

The teachings reconnect us to the deep, insightful and inspiring wisdom that already exists within us. These eternal truths nourish our values and strengths, enabling us to make better choices and create better relationships and lives. To accomplish this, we need to recognize, understand and regain control over self-sabotaging behavior patterns that emerge due to a lack of understanding and experience of our true nature.

WHAT IS RAJA YOGA

Raja Yoga Meditation is a method of relaxing, refreshing and integrating the mind and heart. It helps you look inside to rediscover and reconnect with your original, pure, spiritual essence.

Through meditation, a healing process begins with the direction of personal attention inwards and away from all external events and distractions.
Meditation enables an integration of your spiritual identity with the social and physical realities around you, thereby restoring a healthy balance between your inner and outer worlds.

The word ‘meditation’ broadly describes the different uses of the mind, using contemplation, concentration, and reflection to experience the innate higher truths within each individual. It is a healing or returning to wholeness which involves the use and experience of powerful, truthful thoughts and feelings. These experiences directly empower your mental, emotional and psychological well-being.

Meditation leads one to the experience of solitude, mindfulness and meaning. It is a completely natural, unique and personal experience created by you, experienced by you, and benefits you and everyone else around you.
