INTRODUCTORY COURSE

Our introductory course is offered at both the Brampton Meditation Centre and Simcoe Meditation Centre. It teaches a practical method of meditation which facilitates self-empowerment and self-transformation based on an empowered awareness and the realization of the power and positive potential of one’s mind. Through the course, you will discover your true spiritual nature as a peaceful, virtuous, positive, and powerful being.

ABOUT THE COURSE

The CMPL offers a free introductory course in Raja Yoga Meditation. It consists of 2-hour lessons held once a week. Each class starts and ends with meditation.

The course takes up the following topics in great detail:

  • How to Meditate

  • Self-Esteem

  • Positive Thinking

  • Anger Management

  • Power of Thoughts

  • Using and Developing Your Virtues

  • Relationships

  • Self-sabotaging Ego Mechanisms

Raja Yoga Meditation is a method of relaxing, refreshing and integrating the mind and heart. It helps you look inside to rediscover and reconnect with your original, pure, spiritual essence.
